Automatic MindBody sync
Movra keeps your studio's data in step with MindBody automatically — there's nothing to set up, schedule, or maintain. A couple of times a day it checks MindBody and pulls in your latest activity, so your reports and follow-ups always reflect what's really happening.
- What it keeps up to date — new bookings, class attendance (who actually showed up), and sales & membership purchases.
- When it runs — automatically about twice a day, at quiet hours in your studio's own local time, covering roughly the last two weeks of activity so nothing recent is missed.
- Why it matters — Movra links each WhatsApp lead to their real booking or purchase in MindBody, so you can see which conversations turned into paying, attending students — and your analytics stay accurate.
- It's read-only — the sync only reads from MindBody to keep Movra current. It never changes, cancels, or creates anything in your MindBody account.
